As the Director of Client Experience, Kersti works closely with the Financial Advisors and clients during the wealth management planning process. She coordinates the needs of her clients with the resources needed to meet them, and she is the primary day-to-day contact for them.
Kersti has worked for Kreitler Financial since 2001. She began at the front desk assisting Bob then transitioned into a client relationship role. She holds the Registered Paraplanner designation. Kersti attended Hereford College of Art and Design (Hereford, England).
Kersti came to the United States from her home country of England as an Au Pair in 1990.
